Flat Roof Installation
Since our inception in 1993, we have placed integrity and long-term value at the forefront of our business. While we can install any type of commercial flat roof, we strongly recommend and specialise in Dura-Last®, the world’s best roof© roofing. Dura-Last® commercial roofing has been leading the industry since 1978 and continues to do so to this day. Warranties include consequential damages. Eighty-five to ninety-five percent of the seams are factory Welded. Flashings are also Pre-Fabricated, not site made. Manufactured with PVC, not TPO. Every cent of welded seam is inspected by Dura-Last. The Dura-Last® warranty must be very demanding on their contractors because it includes coverage for Consequential Damage. We are not only Duro- Last Certified Master Contractors, but we are also called on by our inspectors to carry out service work on behalf of our clients. As a member of RCA, we are a BBB Rated A+.

Manchester Roofing Systems is based in West Caln, PA on the eastern edge of Lancaster County. Our location affords us both low-overhead & good highway access to a large portion of the mid-Atlantic region.
