The owner without cost to me, inspected my roof. He found some areas of concern which he said could be addressed with a sealant. He recommended I reach out to him in a few years when the roof might need attention. To my surprise he GAVE ME the sealant at no cost. He was honest, generous and punctual. I will absolutely refer him and use him when it’s time to redo/care for my commercial building’s roof. One other thing I liked was that he specialized in commercial buildings with flat roofs.
