What was the old roof?

The old roof was granular modified-bitumen that had started leaking over the service area and required immediate attention.  The low-slope roof has parapets.  The roof substrate was damp but not wet.  The deck had an average fastener withdraw pull-test strength of 375 LB.

What is the new roof?
