Manchester roofing was the best business decision I’ve made in the past 20 years. A detailed presentation of Duro-Last roofing system was my best fit to replace the 2300 sq ft project. Roof was installed when the my tenant’s business was closed as not to negatively impact their business flow.

Warranty of 20 years validated by manufacturer’s inspection gave me additional reassurance that I had made the best decision by hiring Manchester Roofing Company.

I own a commercial building in the Glenside area and had Kevin and his team at Manchester Roofing Systems fix our extremely leaky roof. They were punctual, professional, great at communicating and did a fantastic job. Our building is now water tight and all of this was done at a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend Kevin Valenta of Manchester Roofing Systems. We have a commercial building in the Warrington/Doylestown area that has a flat roof that needed urgent attention. Kevin was highly responsive and professional. He gave us several options and never tried to up-sell us. He recommended an excellent product that was less expensive than other systems we had investigated. He was able to start the job earlier than expected, and completed the project ahead of schedule. He kept the work area clean, and limited disruption for our tenants.

Once again, we are extremely pleased with how the project went, from beginning to end, and would not hesitate to use Kevin again.

Had Manchester roofing install a Duralast roof on 12 years ago in Hatboro, couple years back had Solar panels installed and installer screwed braces through the roof which caused leaks, Kevin came out and repaired at no charge, Cant recommend Manchester Roofing enough

Had Manchester roofing replace the roofs on our 2 office buildings about 4 years ago. Called them to repair some flashing on 3 new Hvac rooftop units we just had installed , came out and did the repairs, great communication, best part is they did the repairs on all 3 units at no charge, highly recommend for all your roofing needs, will recommend to all my business contacts, very happy with the job, also pointed out a few items I could do to help make the roofing last as long as possible, could not ask for more, Great Company.

I called Manchester roofing for a leaks in a commercial building. Kevin came out and looked at the job and explained to me it wasn't the roof leaking but it was the brick. I would recommend Manchester Roofing to anyone who is faced with roof replacement. From the first time I spoke with Kevin, I knew we were headed in the right direction. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable and has a great deal of experience. After understanding the Duro-Last product and its many advantages, it was clear which roof we were going to install for our 43,000 sq/ft dealership. Knowing how the weather can wreak havoc on a large roof installation, Kevin managed the entire install seamlessly and even called his team in on weekends if the weather was cooperating. The job was completed and delivered as quoted. We will communicate with Kevin and Manchester Roofing for all our roofing needs going forward.

The owner without cost to me, inspected my roof. He found some areas of concern which he said could be addressed with a sealant. He recommended I reach out to him in a few years when the roof might need attention. To my surprise he GAVE ME the sealant at no cost. He was honest, generous and punctual. I will absolutely refer him and use him when it's time to redo/care for my commercial building's roof. One other thing I liked was that he specialized in commercial buildings with flat roofs. Kevin donated his services and all materials to replace a roof for Good Works Inc., a home repair ministry for low income families in Chester County Pa. He did a very professional job and took great care of the two row home roofs on either side. We are so thankful for how Kevin has blessed this homeowner with a roof they'll never have to worry about for years to come!

Kevin and his team were great! I operate a 100 year old movie theater and the roof needed replacing. We haven’t had any leaks since the job was done. Moving into the colder months I’m confident that we’ll stay warmer longer inside before having to bump the heat up.

Kevin did an outstanding job explaining the process, overseeing the work, including arranging the permit. This roofing system was a third of the cost of replacing the roof and with a 20 year guarantee was a definite benefit. Work was done one year ago and all is very good with zero problems.

Our historic theatre has a series of complicated roof sections with various air conditioning equipment, vents and skylights that has always been a challenge to seal properly allowing leaks to occur during extreme weather.
Manchester Roofing Systems have solved all of our problems. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results of our new roof. No signs of any leakage even after some very severe storms with strong winds and heavy rain.
On top of that, they were great to work with, very professional and willing to work around our show schedules.

Manchester Roofing's professionalism shows through in every aspect of the job. From bidding, scheduling of installation, communicating weather delays, and a great installation of a quality product I would not hesitate to use them again. They even worked some incredibly long days (even bringing in extra crew) to make sure that the new roof was installed over our manufacturing facility before a potential storm. I would recommend them to anyone.

I work for a non profit that went through a bidding process for a new roof. Manchester went through a complete inspection, including taking core cuts. He was the only bidder to go through that process, and as a result, determined that we only needed a partial replacement of the roof. Kevin was thorough, professional, and communicated often about the process and the procedures. He notified me ahead of time when there would be delays due to weather.
